Service Type Handling Time
1. Supply of monthly consumables 5 working days after the application deadline
2. Requisition for transfer of inventory 7 working days (14 working days if tendering is needed)
3. Name card application 
Centralized Process of Name card application 10 working days after being approved by the Management Board or the Head of General Administration Department
Individual of Name card application # 5 working days after being approved by the Head of General Administration Department or the higher authority
4. Online SRMS repairing service application
5 working days (Exclusive of the warranty service provided by original contractor or supplier, the current maintenance and repairing outsourcing service and item is needed for outsourcing repairing or purchasing parts)
